We stayed for one night and we wish we stayed for longer. Because the room wasn't ready, we kindly got an upgrade. It was very nice and it had a lovely balcony. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Excellent service overall. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. I loved that the hotel was very quiet. We relaxed on by the pool on our checkout day and the staff were very accommodating. We could use the pool area and leave our bags at the front desk until we had to leave.

This is a lovely hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. We moved to a premium room as the initial room was far too small for a weeks holiday and the second room was fine. Breakfast was good. The hotel spa facility was lovely. The roof top sun lounge area with small pool was also lovely and fresh water and cava was available here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was about 10-15 minutes stroll to the beach/old town which was fine.

The staff were very friendly and informative - it was easy to find our way around, down to the beach and into the old town with their directions. The indoor spa area was great and the gym, while small, is well equipped.

In a great location - close to loads of restaurants, short 10-12 min walk to the beach. 15-20 min walk to the old town. Zurriola beach is a nice 25min walk through the city.
